  • Publication number: 20230242086
Abstract: A hydraulic unit with open-loop and closed-loop control of brake pressure in a brake circuit of an electronically slip-controllable braking system of a motor vehicle includes a pump housing, a motor for driving a brake pressure generator, and an electronic control device for controlling the motor in line with demand. The motor and the control device are disposed on opposite sides of the pump housing, and a shaft bore extending all the way through is formed therebetween, in which shaft bore a motor shaft which can be rotationally driven is disposed. A sealing apparatus seals the shaft bore with respect to an interior of the electronic control device. A sealing apparatus which comprises an insertion seal is disposed on the pump housing in a seal socket and a mechanical preloading force is applied by a preloading apparatus. A method of assembling the hydraulic unit is also provided.

  • Publication number: 20210265749
Abstract: A device for improving the electromagnetic compatibility of electric/electronic devices includes an electrically conductive spring element that is configured to be arranged between a first electric/electronic device and a second device in a biased manner in order to produce an electric connection between the two devices. The spring element has at least one helical spring with at least two winding sections running in opposite directions. The first electric/electronic device in one embodiment is a controller, and the second device in one embodiment is a brake system or actuator.

  • Patent number: 10645833
Abstract: A device includes a joining partner, which protrudes at a submersion depth into a recess filled at least partially with a fixing element in a substrate surface of a substrate. A compensating element is situated between the joining partner and the fixing element. The compensating element is situated at least partially in the fixing element within the submersion depth of the joining partner. Accordingly, the compensating element is in contact with the joining partner and with the fixing element. In this way, an expansion change or a movement of the fixing element, of the substrate or of the joining partner may be compensated for by a compression or elongation of the compensating element. A crack formation may be avoided or its effect may be minimized by the sealing function.
