  • Patent number: 8387514
Abstract: A hydrostatic piston machine with a cylinder drum, which is rotatably mounted in a housing, is provided. A plurality of cylinder bores are disposed in the cylinder drum, which bores can be connected via cylinder openings provided in the cylinder drum to a first control opening and a second control opening. The first control opening is connected to a low-pressure line and the second control opening to a high-pressure line. The first control opening is connected via a first connection and a second connection to a channel, wherein the first connection and, lying opposite, the second connection are disposed at the first control opening.

  • Publication number: 20110076160
Abstract: A control device for a hydraulic piston machine with a variable flow rate averaged over time has a plurality of pistons each defining a working chamber with a changeable value and connectable to high-pressure and low-pressure line via first and second valves actuable in an electric fashion, and an electronic control unit operating the valves in several modes, so that the valves can be operatable only in the partial stroke mode, or in the partial stroke mode and in the idle stroke mode, or in the partial stroke mode and in the full stroke mode, or in the way that all three modes are used on a limited number of working chambers and only the idle stroke and the full stroke modes are used on the remaining working chambers.

  • Patent number: 7860683
Abstract: The invention relates to a device (1) for state monitoring in hydrostatic displacement units (2), in particular in axial piston machines (3) operated as a pump or as a motor. The device (1) comprises an acquisition unit (4) with a multiplicity of sensors (5) which are attached to the hydrostatic displacement unit (2) and serve to acquire monitoring data (6) and operating data (7), and an evaluating unit (8) which has a device (9) for analysing the monitoring data in the frequency range and a device (10) for analysing the monitoring data in the time range. A diagnostic unit (11) with an output unit (13) is connected to the evaluating unit (8).

  • Publication number: 20100143171
Abstract: The invention relates to a control device for a hydraulic piston machine which can be embodied as a hydropump or a hydromotor and the time-averaged volume flow of which is variable. The piston machine comprises a plurality of pistons, each delimiting a working chamber the volume of which varies with the stroke of a piston and which can be connected to a high pressure port via a first valve and to a low pressure port via a second valve. At least one of the two valves of a working chamber can be actively electrically actuated. The control device comprises an electronic control unit which operates the actively actuated valves of the working chambers in a partial stroke mode, in which only a varying portion of the piston stroke is utilized.

  • Patent number: 6343888
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for the production of a ball jointed connection between a guide shoe (10) and a cylinder piston (1) of a piston machine. A spherical cap-shaped recess (2) is first of all formed on the cylinder piston (1) and/or the guide shoe (10), whereby the recess (2) is undercut in such a way that the spherical cap-shaped recess (2) comprises a solid angle area (&agr;) of over 180°, and the diameter (D) in the region of the equator plane (5) is greater than the diameter (d) of the recess (2). Furthermore, a spherical head (11) is formed on the corresponding counterpart, that is the guide shoe (10) and/or the cylinder piston (1). In accordance with a first version of the invention, the spherical head (11) is pushed into the spherical cap-shaped recess (2) in such a way that the edge area (6) surrounding the spherical cap-shaped recess (2) is elastically deformed when the spherical head (11) is pushed in, and the surrounding edge area (6) grips behind the spherical head (11).

  • Patent number: 6244160
Abstract: The invention relates to an axial piston machine (1) comprising a housing (50), a drive shaft (3) mounted in a rotational manner in the housing (50) around a drive shaft axis (12), a cylinder drum (2) which is connected to the drive shaft (3) in a non-rotational manner and in which are embodied cylinders (4) for receiving axially movable pistons (6), and a control plate (26) with control openings (24, 25) designed to cyclically connect the cylinders (5) with a high-pressure and a low-pressure line. The invention provides for a pressing device with at least one centrifugal body (30a-30f), which is impinged upon by a centrifugal force (FF) that increases with the number of rotations per minute (n) of the cylinder drum (2).
