Abstract: A system for connecting businesses with a customer community stores business registration information associated with the businesses, including the type of service offered by each business, and customer registration information including services of interest and contact information. A server receives information from a business via a communication interface that an offer is available for a limited time at a discount price, and sends information on the offer to a plurality of customers for whom the offer is relevant, based on stored customer information. Interested customers receiving the offer reply to the offer through the system, the system sends the replies to the business, and the business is charged a predetermined fee for connecting the customers to the business based on the number of replies to the offer received by the business through the system.
