  • Publication number: 20260084226
Abstract: A method, control program, computer-readable data-carrier, controller, and milling device for milling a cover layer of metal sheets for removing a cladding layer from cladded sheets. The method includes providing a milling tool to rotate around a rotational axis, having at least one milling face extending essentially perpendicularly to the rotational axis and adapted to face the metal sheet to mill the cover layer. A fixture assembly is configured for fixing the metal sheet and defining a working plane with which at least flat sections of the metal sheet are supposed to be aligned, such that a surface normal of the flat section extends essentially perpendicularly to the working plane. The rotational axis is being tilted under at least one work angle with respect to the surface normal of the flat section during the milling process.

  • Publication number: 20250243038
Abstract: The disclosure relates to a work machine, in particular crane, comprising a cable winch, by means of which a cable can be wound up for lifting a load and unwound for lowering the load, a motor, by means of which the cable winch can be driven, and a controller, by means of which the motor can be controlled, wherein the motor comprises a braking device for generating a braking torque counteracting an externally generated torque. According to the disclosure, when the load is lowered as a function of a predetermined target braking torque and a braking torque that can be provided by the motor, the controller is configured to control the braking device and to control the motor in such a way that the load is lowered at a predetermined and, in particular, constant speed. The disclosure also relates to a method for lowering a load by means of a work machine according to the disclosure and to a corresponding computer program product.

  • Publication number: 20130186078
Abstract: The present invention relates to a micro-valve which is formed from two firmly connected substrates and preferably has an actuator element, for example that is diaphragm-driven, for the controlled opening and closing of a first and/or second passage. The invention further relates to a method for producing such a micro-valve and to a micro-pump which uses at least one such micro-valve. Said micro-pump is intended to be used in particular in conjunction with the development of an artificial sphincter. The micro-valve has a first substrate and a second substrate which are non-detachably joined to each other in order to form a controllable fluid flow section, and at least one first passage and at least one second passage. According to the invention, the micro-valve has at least one elastically deformable seal structure which, for example, can be formed by a photostructurable silicone, to seal off the first and/or second passage.
