  • Publication number: 20260170046
Abstract: A method and a computing device for expanding a scenario database is disclosed. The scenario database includes a plurality of existing scenario samples, each scenario sample including sensor data depicting a surrounding environment of a vehicle over a period of time, wherein each scenario sample is associated with a scenario embedding representing the scenario sample in a multi-dimensional space. The method includes obtaining an indication of an empty volume in the multi-dimensional space, the empty volume is a volume not covered by the plurality of existing scenario samples of the scenario database; transmitting a data collection request in view of the empty volume to one or more vehicles; receiving, from a vehicle of a fleet of vehicles, data indicative of a recorded scenario matching the data collection request; and storing the received data indicative of the recorded scenario to the plurality of existing scenario samples of the scenario database.

  • Publication number: 20260169984
Abstract: A method for generating synthetic sensor data using a scenario database is disclosed. The database includes a plurality of scenario samples, each comprising sensor data depicting a vehicle's surrounding environment over time. Each scenario sample has an associated scenario embedding in a multi-dimensional space and a corresponding transformation volume indicating possible transformed scenarios derived from that sample. The method includes obtaining a request specifying a query scenario, the query scenario having a query embedding in the multi-dimensional space. The method further includes identifying, within the scenario database, at least one scenario sample whose transformation volume contains the query embedding.

  • Publication number: 20250278540
Abstract: A method for collecting data samples for development of an ADS of a vehicle. The method includes obtaining sensor data embeddings of sensor data in a multi-dimensional space depicting a surrounding environment of the vehicle, wherein the sensor data embeddings are generated by processing the sensor data through encoding networks and to output a corresponding sensor data embedding for the sensor data in the multi-dimensional space; generating synthetic data from the sensor data embeddings, wherein the synthetic data is associated with the sensor data represented by the sensor data embeddings and generated by processing the sensor data embeddings through decoding networks and to output corresponding synthetic data for each sensor data embedding, and wherein each of the decoding networks has been trained in association with at least one of the encoding networks so as to relate to the same multi-dimensional space; and storing the generated synthetic data.

  • Publication number: 20250209872
Abstract: A method for setting dynamic triggers for event recordings for a vehicle and related aspects are disclosed. The method includes obtaining sensor data samples captured by one or more sensors of the vehicle, generating sensor data embeddings from the sensor data samples, receiving a query embedding, identifying one or more sensor data embeddings within the multi-dimensional vector space based on a proximity to the received query embedding within the multi-dimensional vector space, and storing sensor data samples represented by the identified one or more sensor data embeddings.

  • Publication number: 20250209066
Abstract: A method for accessing a dataset comprising a plurality of data samples from multiple data sources and related aspects are disclosed. The plurality of data samples includes sensor data samples and auxiliary data samples represented by sensor data embeddings and auxiliary data embeddings, respectively. The method includes in response to obtaining a query embedding representing a query, identifying one or more embeddings within the multi-dimensional vector space based on a proximity to the obtained query embedding within the multi-dimensional vector space, and outputting one or more data samples within the dataset that are represented by the identified embeddings.

  • Patent number: 12277558
Abstract: A method performed by a distributed subscription-handling system for supporting subscription-based activation of Automated Driving System (ADS) features in a vehicle. Arrangements that support a process where complexity and/or the transaction cost of ADS feature subscription handling may be limited. There is identified at one or more ADS-equipped vehicles connected via a peer-to-peer blockchain network having at least a first service provider node dedicated to an ADS feature provider, data indicative of one or more subscription options comprising indication of various ADS feature sets available for activation and indication of respective corresponding required ADS-related vehicle configuration are defined in at least a first blockchain-stored smart contract deployed by the at least first service provider node.

  • Patent number: 12242574
Abstract: A distributed verification system for supporting verification of ADS features within specific ODDs. The distributed verification system identifies at one or more ADS-equipped vehicles, a respective at least first verification instruction pertinent an at least first specified ODD of a specified ADS feature; collects at at least a first vehicle, verification data from execution by the at least first vehicle of the at least first ADS verification instruction while the specified ADS feature is active; generates at the at least first vehicle, a verification result transaction to be added to a distributed ledger of a block chain network, which verification result transaction includes verification information derived from the verification data along with information of circumstances and/or configuration of the at least first vehicle; and when consensus of the verification result transaction is reached on the network, adds the verification result transaction to the distributed ledger.

  • Publication number: 20240289760
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method performed by a subscription management system for provision of a subscription service for ADS features. The subscription management system deploys on a private blockchain network comprising a set of nodes, a smart contract identifying data indicative of a user being eligible for one or more subscription options representing various ADS feature sets. The user-indicative data includes a respective unique private key and public key personal to the user. The subscription management system deploys on a public blockchain network supporting minting of NFTs a smart contract generating a whitelisting request transaction comprising the unique private and public keys and deploys a smart contract adding the whitelisting request transaction to the public blockchain.
