  • Patent number: 11058112
Abstract: This application relates to compositions for cleaning and disinfecting unclean surfaces that are contaminated, typically with bacteria, viruses, yeast and molds. Broadly speaking contaminated surfaces includes hard and soft surfaces such as those found in household environments, in industrial environments, and hospitals, as well as surfaces of food products such as fruits, vegetables and meat. Further, the compositions can be prepared with naturally occurring components that are classified as generally considered as safe (GRAS) by the US FDA and/or comply with National Organic Production (NOP) standards of the USDA and can therefore be used in situations where such a classification is required such as organic food production.

  • Patent number: 10015969
Abstract: There is provided a method for the removal and control of arthropod infestation comprising the cleaning of surfaces and objects within an interior dwelling space using a high efficiency water extraction device, utilizing water that is heated to a temperature sufficient to kill the pest, and to which is added a cleaning agent comprising a surfactant that imparts a surface tension of between about 15 and about 30 dynes/cm, (a “super wetting agent”); in combination with application of an effective arthropod control composition to surfaces and objects within the interior dwelling spaces, the arthropod control composition comprising an arthropod control agent and a surfactant that imparts a surface tension of below about 30 dynes/cm.
