  • Patent number: 10956224
Abstract: The innovation disclosed and claimed herein, in one aspect thereof, comprises systems, methods and computer program products that enable provisioning of a hybrid cloud services solution to predetermined users. The innovation enables provisioning to be completed with a integration layer component and a provisioning component that integrate rules, such as enterprise-wide or industry-wide rules into out of band touch points, even touch points that the user may not be aware of, and may typically not be called upon to be aware of.

    Assignee: Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.
Inventors: Thomas M. McLaughlin, Lawrence Christopher Flanigan, Joseph M. Allen, Glenn D. Ferguson
  • Publication number: 20090148000
Abstract: A system and method for measuring, animating, and analyzing motion in real-time is provided which operates with or without markers. System variables are used with a motion model to restrict the number of possible locations of a subject. The system variables are based on known or detected relationships between the motions of the various elements of the model. Visual comparisons and quantitative comparisons provide feedback and help a subject learn or improve a motor skill.

    Publication date: June 11, 2009
Inventors: Nels Howard Madsen, Thomas M. McLaughlin, Ronnie J. H. Wilmink, Robert Michael Glover
  • Publication number: 20080303911
Abstract: A system and method for capturing, measuring and analyzing motion in real-time is provided which operates with or without markers. A threshold image is based on a background image and is created to minimize noise during the motion capture. A captured image is compared to the threshold image to identify collections of hot pixels or globs. The globs are compared to expected characteristics of the markers or the subject and are tracked between frames. Glob information is used to determine the location of the markers or subject in each frame.

  • Patent number: 4405128
Abstract: An exercise apparatus permitting external torque applied in resistance to an exercise to be adjustably controlled during the course of the exercise to match the external torque applied with the internal torque produced by the muscles involved in the exercise. The exercise apparatus is disclosed embodied in a sit-up apparatus in which weights can be adjustably mounted on weight arms extending in line with the subject's torso and behind the subject's torso for normal subjects, and below the torso to assist weak subjects for rehabilitative purposes.
