Abstract: A microcontroller device comprising a receiver component configured to receive a one or more reset signals for the microcontroller device; an identification component configured to identify a source of the or each reset signals received by the receiver component; a time interval determining component configured to determine a length of a time interval in accordance with the identified source of the or each reset signals received by the receiver component; a voltage setting component configured to set a voltage of an output of the microcontroller device to a first value on receipt of a reset signal by the receiver component; and a control component configured to maintain the voltage of the output at the first value for the duration of the determined length of the time interval; and set the voltage of the output to a second value on substantial completion of the determined length of the time interval.

Abstract: Call center management with at home agent access based on caller language is provided herein. Calls from customers of a client are received at an interactive voice recognition (IVR) system, which determines a language of the caller by detecting the language or language selection by keypad entry. The IVR system determines an available at home agent with the proper language skills and forwards the call to be processed by the at home agent. The at home agents can call the call center to set their status. Information associated with the call may be collected and used by associated system(s) such as quality control, status monitoring, financial processing, and the like.

The sheet contains printed information which is in part card information printed at a predetermined location on a front face of a carrier sheet in a card region thereof and oriented to be disposed on an outer surface of the front and a rear card panel of the card to be formed. The siliconized liner patch, containing a pressure-sensitive adhesive, is laminated on the back surface of the carrier sheet and disposed to extend over the card region. A face patch of clear poly material containing a magnetic strip is immovably secured over the card region on the front face of the paper carrier sheet.
