  • Publication number: 20080277932
Abstract: A screw connection comprising a wire thread insert 8 which is inserted between a female thread M of a workpiece 4 and a male thread B of a screw 6 and which consists of a helically coiled wire thread member having a male thread adjacent internal thread 10 and a female thread adjacent external thread 12, characterized in that the profile angles ?B, ?M of the internal and external threads 10, 12 of the wire thread insert 8 are smaller than the respective profile angles ?B, ?M of the male thread B and, respectively, the female thread M such that when the screw connection is loaded by a predetermined biasing force KV the load flanks of the internal and external threads 10, 12 of the wire thread insert 8 engage the associated load flanks of the male and female threads B, M in full contact relationship.

  • Patent number: 6675572
Abstract: A method of diverting flow with a valve through a first filter and a second filter to purify exhaust gas with at least one of the filters and to regenerate at least one of the filters with the exhaust gas. Positioning the valve in a first operative position purifies the exhaust gas with the first filter and regenerates the second filter with the exhaust gas. Positioning the valve in a second operative position that is different that the first operative position purifies the exhaust gas with the second filter and regenerates the first filter with the exhaust gas. The method can be achieved by a valve for an exhaust system that including a body and a flow inhibitor. The body defines a volume and has a first inlet, a second inlet, a recirculation chamber, and an outlet chamber in fluid communication with the volume.

  • Patent number: 6364184
Abstract: An adapter for removably holding a cellular phone on a belt clip to be secured to a belt. The adapter comprises a mounting portion adapted to be mounted to the cellular phone, a holding portion adapted to be received in a U-shaped seat of the belt clip, and a connecting portion between said mounting and holding portions. The connecting portion comprises a hinge means enabling pivotal movements of said holding portion relative to said mounting portion. Due to this structure inadvertent pivotal movements of the cellular phone relative to the belt clip secured to the belt do not result in the adapter being broken off of the cellular phone causing damages to or even destruction of the cellular phone.
