Abstract: A universal fixture system and base therefor is provided that is capable of holding multiple tools and/or workpieces in various positions about a rotational axis. In addition, the fixture system and base allows for single segments or portions to be adjusted independent of the other segments. The fixture system and base include: (1) a base having at least one set of support brackets; (2) a support member, having a shaft and a coupling joined thereto, adapted for connection to one set of support brackets; (3) a connector extending through one set of support brackets and the shaft; and (4) a rod having a first end that is coupled to the coupling.
