Abstract: A medical injection device for intracutaneous administration of at least an anaesthetic, comprising a base surface (1), on one side of which a plurality of injectors (2) and in particular injection needles are arranged distributed over the area thereof, wherein the injectors (2) have an injection depth at a maximum as far as the subcutis of the animal or human to be treated, wherein the medical injection device has a disinfecting agent on the side of the base surface (1) on which the injectors (2) are arranged.
