  • Patent number: 11285754
Abstract: A security inlay having optically recognizable characters for an identity document comprises a first transparent layer and a second transparent layer. A color coating is situated on the first transparent layer. Furthermore, a first UV color coating, which reflects at least UV light at least in a first wavelength range, is situated on the first layer and/or on the color coating. The first and second transparent layers are connected to one another. A first portion of the optically recognizable characters is formed by blackened sections in at least one of the layers. A second portion of the optically recognizable characters is formed by the color coating. A third portion of the optically recognizable characters is formed by the UV color coating. The first and the second portions of the optically recognizable characters reflect visible light. The third portion of the optically recognizable characters reflects UV light.

  • Patent number: 11124009
Abstract: A security inlay having optically recognizable characters for an identity document comprises a first transparent layer and a second transparent layer. The first and second transparent layers are connected to one another. A first portion of the optically recognizable characters is formed by blackened sections in at least one of the layers. A second portion of the optically recognizable characters is formed by the color coating. The first and second portions are arranged and configured to reflect visible light. Infrared light is reflected by the first portion of the optical characters. During irradiation with visible light, the security inlay thus shows first graphical information formed jointly by the first portion of the optically recognizable characters and the second portion of the optically recognizable characters. Under irradiation with infrared light, the security inlay shows second graphical information formed by the first portion of the optical characters.

  • Patent number: 8348230
Abstract: The invention relates to a solenoid valve having a valve cartridge, which includes a pole core, a valve insert connected to the pole core, an armature that is axially movably guided inside the valve insert and is coupled to a main closing element, and a valve body connected to the valve insert. The valve body forms a main valve with the main closing element and is disposed between at least one first flow opening and a second flow opening. The axial motion of the armature and of the main closing element opens the main valve against the force of a restoring spring, and the force of the restoring spring closes the main valve. According to the invention, the main closing element is designed as a sliding element axially movably guided inside an inner bore of the valve body. The sliding element and the armature are connected to each other and are pressure-compensated by a compensating port.

  • Publication number: 20100071362
Abstract: A pressure system having at least two pressure circuits each including a respective positive-displacement element and each compression side of the positive-displacement elements being in operative communication via a compensation device in such a way that a pressure increase in the first pressure circuit leads to a pressure increase in the second pressure circuit, and the pressure increase of the first pressure circuit is essentially reduced by the amount of the pressure increase of the second pressure circuit, and the reduction in the pressure increase is less than a defined limit value.

  • Publication number: 20090269227
Abstract: A piston pump with at least one driven stepped piston element disposed longitudinally movably in a housing is disclosed. The piston element and housing define a plurality of pressure chambers whose volumes vary as a function of the motion of the stepped piston. A volume of the first pressure chamber is decreased during an intake stroke of the piston that increases the volume of the second pressure chamber. A volume of a third pressure chamber, communicating with the pumping side and defined by the stepped piston element and the housing, is increased by a defined volumetric value during the compression stroke and decreased by the during the intake stroke; the defined volumetric value is less than the change in volume of the second pressure chamber during the compression stroke of the stepped piston element.

  • Patent number: 7575218
Abstract: The invention relates to a magnet valve, having a valve insert and a tappet guided movably in the valve insert via a tappet guide, which tappet is braced on a valve body via a restoring spring resting a contact face of the tappet, and the restoring spring is guided radially from inside on one end by a spring guide of the tappet, the spring guide adjoining the contact face. According to the invention, centering means are present, which are disposed on the tappet in such a way that the restoring spring is centered and radially guided from inside over a substantial portion of its length.

  • Patent number: 6189984
Abstract: The invention relates to a hydraulically actuated cutoff valve which is provided as an intake valve for switching between a master cylinder and an intake side of a feed pump of a slip-controlled vehicle brake system. The invention sets forth that the cutoff valve is embodied with a valve closing body that has a valve tappet which passes through an annular actuating element and is in engagement with a rocker element embodied as a cup spring, which rests on an annular pivot bearing. If the actuating element is acted upon by pressure, it presses down an outer edge of the rocker element, and as a result a middle of the actuating element executes a pivoting motion in the opposite direction that closes the cutoff valve. The invention has the advantage of an economical cutoff valve that has only a small number of components, and the invention can be used in a hydraulic vehicle brake system.
