The descriptors are selected from a subset of descriptors regenerated based on previously selected descriptors and other factors. The content item is selected from a pool of content items responsive to the sequence of descriptors. Users may explore data derived from sequences of descriptors and selected content items from other users to discover content relevant to their interests.

A user may initiate a request to associate a keyword or label with an item. The keyword may be associated with the user to form a user-keyword association and may be associated with the item to form an item-keyword association. If the item-keyword association meets a predefined threshold, the keyword may be surfaced as a community keyword corresponding to the item.

Abstract: A method of indexing recordings of contact center communication sessions is described. The method allows for a recording to be indexed with metadata reflecting a time-varying characteristic of one or more of the parties of the communications session, e.g. the mood of a caller, the current location of a caller. The indexing of recordings with such information allows for more granular search of recordings, in order to find particular call conditions. This can be useful from the point of view of education and training of new call center operatives, and for assessment of call center performance.

At least one catheter channel is assigned to a virtual input port on the virtual CIM. As a retrofit apparatus, brackets engage the bottom edges of the pull box container and a top cover securely engages the brackets. Abstract: A method of conferencing involves forming a main conference between a plurality of users, providing a user with an option to request a subconference with a subset of other users, forming a subconference between said user and the subset of other users, and at least partially removing those users in the subconference from the main conference during the subsistence of the subconference. The conference is preferably a multimedia conference and the subconference can be conducted in an arbitrary mix of one or more of the media used in the main conference. Subconference participants have the option of monitoring proceedings in the main conference by receiving some of the main conference media signals while the subconference is in progress. The invention also provides conference servers, terminals and software for use in the subconferencing method.
