  • Patent number: 11529485
Abstract: A flexible positive airway pressure (PAP) mask body, frame, and cushion are described. The mask body includes prongs that insert through and act upon apertures of the mask frame to connect the mask frame to the mask body. An airtight seal may be created between the mask body and the mask frame by a ball and socket connector, of the mask frame, having an elongated portion that extends through and has an outer perimeter commensurate with an aperture located in the mask body. The mask body may be configured with elongated portions that extend from the mask body chamber and to ends of eye sockets of the user. Headgear may couple to end portions of the mask frame corresponding to the elongated portions of the mask body. When pulling pressure by the headgear, additional contact is created between elongated portions of the mask cushion and the user's face.

  • Patent number: 10698379
Abstract: A device that provides for the non-invasive data monitoring of analog IO of a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) system is described. The output is ultimately presented to a user audibly and/or visually on an interface in real-time and is measured directly from the IO channel. This type of device allows the accurate reading and analysis of errors and erroneous data within a device and transmission of said data to disparate secondary devices for use.

  • Publication number: 20190064241
Abstract: A container is disclosed which may be used with fluids sensitive to light of one or more known wavelengths. The container may be formed of a thermochromic material or including a thermochromic coating. The properties of the thermochromic material or coating may be selected so as to be transparent to light of the wavelength to which the fluid is sensitive at a first temperature and to be opaque to that wavelength of light at a second temperature. While a technician is handling the container, the container is controlled to be at the first temperature. When the technician is finished, the container is controlled to move to the second temperature to protect the fluid within the container.

  • Publication number: 20090179662
Abstract: A system for monitoring the power output levels for each photovoltaic module of a solar array. The system connects individual photovoltaic module with its own voltage level sensing circuit, where the power output data is transferred through wired and wireless means to be efficiently analyzed. In addition to isolating high voltage DC power for safer information, the system enables technicians to quickly ascertain the productivity levels, potential problems, solutions and exact locations relating to each specific photovoltaic module within a solar array.

  • Patent number: 6063282
Abstract: A filtration apparatus for extracting particles from a fluid sample is provided. The filtration apparatus comprises a filtration well plate which forms one or more filtration wells. Each filtration well has a proximal chamber into which the fluid sample may be deposited and a distal channel into which a filter is fitted. Each filter comprises a plurality of vertically oriented cylindrical micro fibers defining a set of vertically oriented linear pores. Upon application of a sufficient downward force to the fluid sample, the fluid sample is driven into the filter and the particles are expelled from a lower end of the filter.

  • Patent number: 5988665
Abstract: A novel interconnection of the jaw, wedge and operating handle in a fifth wheel facilitates the provision of a secondary locking mechanism which further insures the security of the system. In the invention, the jaw is connected to the operating handle by a pivoting timing lever which pivots off a pin on the jaw such that the jaw remains engaged with the fifth wheel until the wedge is substantially removed from engagement with the jaw. In cooperation with the primary locking mechanism, a secondary lock is provided at the end of the operating handle such that a pin arrangement engages a stop on the fifth wheel assembly until positively released by the operator.

  • Patent number: 5641174
Abstract: A interconnection of the jaw, wedge and operating handle in a fifth wheel facilitates the provision of an indicator on a secondary locking mechanism which further insures the security of the system. In the invention, the jaw is connected to the operating handle by a pivoting timing lever which pivots off a pin on the jaw such that the jaw remains engaged with the fifth wheel until the wedge is substantially removed from engagement with the jaw. In cooperation with the primary locking mechanism, a secondary lock is provided at the end of the operating handle such that a pawl arrangement engages a stop on the fifth wheel assembly until positively released by the operator. The pawl arrangement further has a mechanical indicator which extends beyond the fifth wheel assembly and allows the operator to determine whether the king pin is engaged and the secondary lock is activated.
