  • Publication number: 20240070902
Abstract: An electronic device may use one or more sensors to detect a user intent for content associated with a point of interest in the physical environment of the user. In response to the user intent for content, the electronic device may transmit information associated with the point of interest to an external server. The transmitted information may include depth information, color information, feature point information, location information, etc. The external server may compare the received information to a database of points of interest and identify a matching point of interest in the database. The external server then transmits additional contextual information and/or application information associated with the matching point of interest to the electronic device. The electronic device may run an application and/or present content based on the received information associated with the matching point of interest.

  • Patent number: 5814162
Abstract: A nozzle system comprising a nozzle connected to a first supply conduit having an enclosed second supply conduit. The first supply conduit at the proximal end is connected to a first source of medium while the second supply conduit at the proximal end is connected to a second source of medium. The first supply conduit at the distal end is connected to nozzle openings that discharges first medium which propels said nozzle system through a pipe line and removes debris from said pipe line. The second supply conduit at the distal end is connected to a nozzle sprayer that discharges a second medium directed forward from the first supply conduit.

  • Patent number: 4822032
Abstract: A highly compact and lightweight exercise machine which, in one unit, includes the features of a bicycle ergometer and of a rope pulling machine. The resistance to the movement of the bicycle ergometer and rope pulling machine features is provided by the same resistance apparatus. The resistance apparatus includes a metallic disk which is connected to the bicycle ergometer and rope pulling features and which rotates near a source of magnetism. The interaction between the rotating disk and the source of magnetism creates electromagnetic forces which exert drag on the disk. The exercise machine is constructed so that all rotatable components require only two shafts, which construction significantly reduces the space requirements of the exercise machine components. A differential pulley system is incorporated in the exercise machine and amplifies the resistance produced by the resistance apparatus.
