Abstract: Method and systems are disclosed for communication associated with a communication platform. Third-party services and services internal to a service provider network may be integrated with the communication platform. The communication platform may allow communication via information streams that are accessible via a user interface of the communication platform and one or more external services. An example external service may comprise an electronic mail service.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method and system of providing application message delivery, includes the following steps performed with at least one data processor: at a plurality of log servers coupled to at least an application server: receiving asynchronously from the server, application messages containing application information; and control messages at a predetermined interval; at each log server: storing received application messages in a current application data file and received control messages in a control file; and upon receiving an open-close control message, closing the current application data file, storing the closed application data file and creating a new current application data file; comparing the control files of the plurality of log servers for a given interval; and based on this comparison, determining from a plurality of application data files from each log server, an application data file as a best-candidate for a given interval and forwarding the best-candidate file for post-processing.

Abstract: A method and a system are provided to analyze passenger name records (PNRs) stored in a PNR database (DB). The method includes automatically analyzing each action performed on a PNR stored in the PNR DB. When an action results in an occurrence of a de-synchronization event between the PNR and a corresponding electronic ticket, the method further includes automatically changing a status in the PNR from Established to Orphan. If a final status of the PNR is determined to be Orphan, the method sets a flag in the PNR to enable at least the display of information to an agent, where the displayed information is based on data included in the PNR and is displayed automatically to an agent, and at least indicates the occurrence of the de-synchronization event and a reason for the occurrence of the de-synchronization event.
