  • Patent number: 11936547
Abstract: At times, it may be desirable to determine that a client system is, or to determine the number of client systems that are, presenting particular dynamic content when an auditable event occurs in the dynamic content. One manner of making the determination may include accessing presentation time information that indicates the time(s) at which one or more client systems present particular dynamic content and accessing event time information indicating the time(s) at which one or more auditable events occur in the dynamic particular content. Based on the presentation time information and the event time information, it may be possible to determine that a client system is, or to determine the number of client systems that are, presenting particular dynamic content when an auditable event occurs in the dynamic content.

  • Publication number: 20240059545
Abstract: A liquid dispenser for dispensing a consumable liquid from a container. The dispenser includes a cabinet configured to receive one or more containers in an inverted position such that liquid is induced by gravity to flow out of an open interior of the container though a dispensing opening. A positive pressure valve assembly is mounted to the dispensing opening of the container prior to insertion of the container into the cabinet. The valve assembly includes a cap connected to the dispensing opening and a discharge tube extending from the cap. A flow restrictor of the valve assembly is positioned to selectively open and close the discharge tube to control the flow of liquid from the container. A one-way valve is positioned between the open interior of the container and a supply of air. The one-way valve allows air flow into the container as the fluid is discharged to maintain a positive pressure within the container.

  • Publication number: 20220148545
Abstract: A musical instrument rest for attachment to an instrument having a neck. The rest provides a buffer between the instrument and a surface. The rest has an instrument side, surface side and a thickness between said instrument side and said surface side. The surface side being adapted to contact the surface in order to prevent damage to the surface. The thickness being compressible and wherein the rest is adapted to be attached to the musical instrument in the area of the neck. The weight of the instrument pressing the rest against the wall surface provides a frictional force to hold the rest and the headstock against the wall surface without damaging the wall surface. The frictional force will prevent the instrument from sliding or falling down. The compressibility of the rest will prevent damage to the wall surface.

  • Patent number: 10745886
Abstract: A work vehicle includes a torque converter having a lock up clutch and a controller that conditionally allows operation of the lock up clutch in a locked position or an unlocked position. The controller determines a plurality of active work vehicle parameters during operation of the work vehicle and includes a plurality of ready to dig parameters. The controller determines a ready to dig condition or a non-digging condition of the work vehicle by comparing at least two of the active work vehicle parameters to at least two corresponding ready to dig parameters. The controller disallows operation of the lock up clutch in the locked position in response to the ready to dig condition, allows operation of the lock up clutch in locked or unlocked positions in response to a non-digging condition. Operation of the lock up clutch avoids the engine from stalling in a ready to dig condition.

  • Publication number: 20200116547
Abstract: A system for managing material loading is disclosed herein. The system comprising a sensor arranged on or proximate a material loading machine that is configured to measure a weight of the material loading machine. A transmitting device communicatively coupled to the sensor that is configured to receive and transmit the measured weight to an electronic data processor. An electronic data processor coupled to each of the sensor and the transmitting device. The electronic data processor is configured to compute a material weight based on the measured weight of the material loading machine and generate an alert for display on a user interface when the material weight exceeds a predetermined threshold.
