Abstract: The proposed solution relates to a gear box assembly for an engine, having a gear box for transmitting a torque, at least one first, static part, at least one second, rotating part, which is mounted so as to be rotatable relative to the first, static part and on which at least one element of the gear box is provided, and a conduit system for conveying a fluid to elements of the gear box. A feed device of the conduit system on the first, static part has at least two separate fluid guides, of which a first fluid guide is provided for guiding fluid from at least one first feed opening to a first supply line in the second, rotating part and a second fluid guide is provided for guiding fluid from at least one second feed opening to a second supply line in the second, rotating part.

Abstract: The invention relates to a planetary gear box having at least one seal system, which has at least one rectangular-section sealing ring, which is arranged in a groove device, wherein the at least one rectangular-section sealing ring rests at least partially against a groove flank of the groove device, and the groove flank has profiling between the groove flank and the rectangular-section sealing ring for the purpose of distributing fluid, in particular oil, applied to the seal system, wherein the at least one seal system is part of an oil supply of a planet carrier and the seal system has at least two rectangular-section sealing rings, which are spaced apart axially from one another and are arranged radially between a drive shaft of the planetary gear box and the planet carrier. The invention also relates to a gas turbine engine.

Abstract: Techniques used in coding software are described. An encoder encodes a machine executable program or portions of a machine executable program. The encoding process uses a cipher table, a unique key for encoding, and an agreement between the encoder and decoder as to what portions of a machine executable will be encoded. By using the decoder on a computer system which may execute the encoded machine executable, the decoder may serve as a recognizer to only execute those machine executable programs which have been encoded and are recognized by the recognizer. If a machine executable is not recognized or rejected, appropriate actions may be taken other than the machine executable.

Abstract: An invention comprising a method and system for the identification and management on a computer network of rights, properties and constraints associated with creative works is described. One specific embodiment of the invention, relating to the online management of intellectual property rights, properties and constraints associated with learning materials which may be utilized in the development of Internet-based training, is described, but the invention is not limited to that application.
