    Abstract: A vehicular anti-theft device is provided including a steering wheel having a central portion coupled to a steering column and an outer annular portion coupled in concentric relationship with the central portion. A security mechanism is provided for encompassing the outer annular portion of the steering wheel. Next provided is a gripping arm fixed with respect to the security mechanism for precluding the rotation of the steering wheel.
