  • Patent number: 11623877
Abstract: A low pressure air-gas mixing apparatus and method includes a containment vessel where the containment vessel includes a back and a front and a left side and a right side and a top and a bottom. An air input line and an air discharge line are connected with the containment vessel where the air discharge line is located in a waste water lift station. At least one ultra-violet lamp within the containment vessel is provided such that air, from the air input line, within the containment vessel is exposed to ultra-violet light such that ozone is produced.

  • Patent number: 9493371
Abstract: Method and apparatus for a barge having an aeration system incorporated therein. A floatatable barge unit containing multiple built-in aerators wherein the barge has a ballast system which makes its draft variable. The unit is designed to draw fluid water from virtually any depth below the barge. Incorporated at various locations in the barge is an aeration system that includes aerators having a concave surface at the top of a fluid intake chamber for diverting aerated fluid away from the enclosure of the aerator.

  • Patent number: 9193614
Abstract: Method and apparatus for sealed pressurized enclosure containing a sludge digester designed to receive wastewater from commercial establishments for the purpose of removing fats, oils and greases using the high velocity impact provided by the sludge digester. Air containing ozone is pumped through the sludge digester causing a flow of material so that the stream of material is directed onto a series of stationary concentric ridges wherein the solids in the liquid material are forcefully impacted against the stationary concentric ridges so as to break the solid particles up into smaller particles.

  • Patent number: 8870168
Abstract: Method and apparatus discloses a dock having a floatatable aeration system incorporated therein. The dock may be a floating or a fixed pier system having a walkway for users to move about the dock, a plurality of boat berthing slips which may be designed to accommodate one or more boats in each slip, along with individual finger-like docks disposed between each boat berthing area. Incorporated at various locations in the dock is an aeration system that includes aerators having a single or double concaved surface at the top of a fluid intake chamber for diverting aerated fluid away from the enclosure of the aerator.

  • Patent number: 8128742
Abstract: Method and apparatus for treating air containing hydrogen sulfide gas, volatile organic compounds, heavy metals and other mercaptans in order to reduce odor and corrosion related to wet wells, dry pits, grease traps and the like. The system comprises a first and second stage air treatment system. A vacuum pump in the primary (stage 2) treatment housing vacuums the contaminated air from the source and pumps the air through a set of diffusers into a treatment fluid wherein the air is then passed through a pair of porous plates and upward through a discharge pump and then into the atmosphere. Prior to treating the air in the primary housing, it is treated in a pretreatment dry air filter wherein the air is inlet into the pretreatment (stage 1) housing and then through a microfilter prior to being passed into the primary housing for further treatment.

  • Patent number: 7963508
Abstract: A method and apparatus for aerating liquid which includes an aeration chamber having an inlet port at its lower end an outlet port at its upper end wherein the chamber is divided into multiple internal chambers using a plurality of internal divider walls. The chamber is weighted with a base member so that it will not float. Air is inlet at its upper end through an air inlet hole into an upper air manifold wherein the air then travels downwardly through an air feed pipe to a plurality of air outlet holes wherein the air is released and rises thereby causing a flow of material through the inlet ports upwardly along the internal divider walls and aeration chamber and then out of the chamber at its upper outlet port so that the stream of material is directed onto a series of stationary concentric ridges wherein the solids in the liquid material are forcefully impacted against the stationary concentric ridges so as to break the solid particles up into smaller particles.

  • Patent number: 7874548
Abstract: A method and apparatus for a flotatable aerator system that includes a concaved surface at the top of a fluid uptake chamber for diverting aerated fluid behind a chassis of the system. The chassis is supported by floats and includes a bank of fluid outlets created by a plurality of parallel baffle walls. The baffle walls add structural support to the chassis. Elongated end baffle walls create a semi-enclosed area for the discharge of the aerated fluid.
