    Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communications. In some aspects, a device may determine, during a first time period when a power saving feature is disabled, a first performance parameter associated with an application executing on a user equipment (UE). The device may determine, during a second time period when the power saving feature is enabled, a second performance parameter associated with the application executing on the UE. The device may determine whether to enable or disable the power saving feature for the application based at least in part on the first performance parameter and the second performance parameter.
