Abstract: A liquid cooled charge air cooler for use with an internal combustion engine comprises a plurality of separator plates supported in parallel spaced relation with one another to define a plurality of pairs of adjacent separator plates. The pairs alternatingly define a first set of adjacent pairs and a second set of adjacent pairs. A charge air inlet and a charge air outlet are each in fluid communication with the first set of adjacent pairs. A coolant inlet and a coolant outlet are each in fluid communication with the second set of adjacent pairs. Fins extend between adjacent separator plates of the first set of adjacent pairs to define a charge air flow path between the charge air inlet and a charge air outlet. Abstract: Various embodiments described herein relate to systems, software, and methods of utilizing application system configuration packages. Some such embodiments include maintaining a representation of one or more configuration settings of a first set of application functionality in a first package and maintaining a representation of one or more configuration settings of a second set of application functionality in a second package. This embodiment also includes maintaining, in both the first and the second packages, a representation of one or more configuration setting interdependencies between the first and second sets of application functionality.

Abstract: A protective sleeve for use with metal intake racks used for screening debris from water intakes and other similar structures. The proactive sleeve may be made from a plastic material, such as HDPE, using an extrusion process. The sleeve is designed to snap into place over the metal blades of a bar rack, and to provide a positive and secure fit when in place. The protective sleeve thus provides the benefits of non-metallic intake racks to existing and future metal rack systems, without requiring replacement of existing metal racks.

Abstract: A nuclear reactor fuel assembly has an elongate fuel assembly casing. A fuel assembly head which is located within an open end of this fuel assembly casing is connected through the use of a rigid connecting body to a fuel assembly foot located in the fuel assembly casing and can be lifted off out of the fuel assembly casing. An angled part bears on the outside against two sides of the fuel assembly casing which meet one another and is retained on the fuel assembly head through the use of a bolt. A rigid peg can be disposed on the angled part and can engage into a port in one of the two sides which meet one another. Such a rigid peg can also be disposed on one of the two sides of the fuel assembly casing and can engage into a pocket in the angled part.
