  • Patent number: 9475210
Abstract: A wet saw system and related methods of use for supplying a cooling water stream in construction locations. The wet saw system includes a water supply system for supplying the cooling water stream when ambient temperatures are at, below or approaching freezing conditions. The water supply system includes a unitary housing defining storage and electrical compartments. The storage compartment defines a water storage tank that includes a storage inlet, a storage outlet and a heater assembly. The electrical compartment encloses a control assembly, a pumping assembly and a power supply. The pumping assembly is fluidly connected to the at least one storage outlet and supplies a pressurized water stream to a system outlet that is externally accessible on the unitary housing. In the absence of available power sources, the power supply can power the heater assembly so as to be off-line with respect to external utilities.
