  • Patent number: 11636117
Abstract: A method implements content selection using psychological factors. A person vector is generated from a record. The person vector identifies a set of data representing a person. A psychological factor vector is generated from a content of a plurality of content. The psychological factor vector identifies a set of psychological factors from the content. The person vector and the psychological factor vector are combined to generate an input vector. An action score is generated from the input vector. The action score identifies a probability of an action on the content by the person. The content is selected from the plurality of content using the action score. The content is presented.

  • Patent number: 11170271
Abstract: Methods and systems classify content using scoring for identifying psychological factors employed by consumers to take action. An interface module obtains content including one or more elements. One or more feature vectors are extracted from the content. The one or more feature vectors include a feature vector that identifies an element of the one or more elements of the content. A classification scoring module generates one or more classification vectors from the one or more feature vectors. The one or more classification vectors include a classification vector that identifies one or more characteristics of the element from the content. The one or more classification vectors are combined and one or more characteristics of the content are identified to form an aggregated vector. A goal of the content is detected by generating a string that describes the content from the aggregated vector. The goal is presented with the content.

  • Publication number: 20210337386
Abstract: A device obtains proof of its authority to use a first set of selectively activated features (first proof). An authorization server signs the first proof with its private key. The device sends a request to use a network service to a network node. The device sends the first proof to the network node. The network node validates the first proof using a public key of the authorization server. The network node grants the request to use the network service. The device sends a request for proof of authority for the network node to provide the network service (second proof). The device obtains the second proof, signed by another authorization server, and validates the second proof before using the network service. The first proof and the second proof each include a list of selectively activated features, where the selectively activated features are needed to use or provide the network service.

  • Patent number: 10740490
Abstract: One or more selectively activated features needed at a device to use a network service may be identified. Authorization information and feature activation key(s) associated with features that the device has been authorized to activate may be obtained at the device. The feature activation key(s) may be used to activate and/or maintain activation of the authorized features that match the selectively activated feature(s) needed to use the network service. An authorization server may obtain a request to activate one or more selectively activated features of a device. The authorization server may verify that the selectively activated feature(s) are authorized to be used at the device based on an authorization agreement obtained at the authorization server. The authorization server may send proof that the device is authorized to use the selectively activated feature(s) and may send feature activation key(s) based on the authorization agreement in response to the request.

  • Patent number: 7828067
Abstract: The present invention generally relates to the control of fluid flow in a wellbore. In one aspect, a flow control device for use in a wellbore is provided. The flow control device includes an inner member having at least one aperture formed therein. The flow control device also includes an outer member disposed around the inner member such that a flow path is defined between the inner member and the outer member. Additionally, the flow control device includes an elastomer member disposed within the outer member adjacent a portion of the flow path, wherein the elastomer member is capable of swelling upon contact with an actuating agent. In another aspect, a method of controlling fluid flow in a wellbore is provided. In yet a further aspect, an apparatus for controlling the flow of fluid in a wellbore is provided.

  • Publication number: 20060245835
Abstract: A guide assembly for use with a rotating bit when forming an opening in a stone countertop. The assembly includes a base unit having an annular, resiliently flexible body with a ring-shaped suction cup at its lower end. The suction cup forms a seal about the bottom of the base unit that forms a reservoir for holding water during the cutting operation. A rigid ring-shaped insert is mounted in the resilient body and includes a plurality of upwardly projecting mounting pegs. Flat, disk-shaped guide bushings are interchangeably mountable to the pegs atop the base unit, and have central guide openings of different sizes for different sizes of bits. The guide bushings are formed of a rigid, low-friction material, such as a low-friction polymeric material.
