    Abstract: A method of repairing a microvia assembly comprising a pad disposed on and in electrical conductive contact with a microvia where at least a portion of the pad is missing from the assembly 10. Conductive material comprising nanocopper is provided on the microvia in at least a portion of a region where the missing portion of the pad was located. A prefabricated replacement pad may be provided on the microvia in a region where a missing pad of the microvia assembly 10 was located, and the replacement pad attached to the microvia by providing a conductive material between the microvia and the replacement pad.
