Abstract: A paper clip tab device is set forth wherein a paper clip has secured at a terminal loop thereof a tab marker formed with securable surfaces positioned adjacent a pivot hinge formed with recessed upper and lower surfaces and arcuate side edges extending inwardly of the hinge wherein the tab marker is formed of a planar flexible sheet of a width substantially equal to that of the paper clip such that securement of the tab marker to the paper clip is accommodated within the arcuate recesses of the pivot hinge. The marker further includes a transparent cover defining an interiorly directed configuration is complementary to that of an insertable planar tab to frictionally squeeze the tab within the transparent cover.
