The Therapeutic agent is bound to this peptide or means are provided to bring about such binding. The antibody fragment and possibly also the therapeutic agent are included in a product so that binding to the target site delivers the therapeutic agent to the vicinity. The product may for example be for dental care, such as a toothpaste or mouthwash and the antibody fragment may then bind to a component of dental plaque.
