  • Publication number: 20240105803
Abstract: Integrated circuit structures having trench contact depopulation structures, and methods of fabricating integrated circuit structures having trench contact depopulation structures, are described. For example, an integrated circuit structure includes a vertical stack of horizontal nanowires. A gate stack is over the vertical stack of horizontal nanowires. A dielectric trench structure is adjacent to the gate stack. A dielectric sidewall spacer is between the gate stack and the dielectric trench structure. A dielectric gate cut plug is extending through the gate stack, the dielectric sidewall spacer, and the dielectric trench structure.

  • Publication number: 20180231987
Abstract: Controlling release of earthquake energy, in one aspect, may include a controller device injecting fluid into bore holes at dynamically regulated levels to cause controlled seismic events. The bore holes are placed along a fault line with a potential for hazardous earthquakes, and installed with sensors and fluid flow controls communicating with the controller device. The seismic events caused by injecting the fluid are monitored via the sensors. Based on the monitoring, the injecting of the fluid to one or more of the bore holes may be regulated dynamically to control the sizes of the seismic events along the fault line.

  • Patent number: 8943364
Abstract: Systems and methods of managing problem determination (PD) data provide for obtaining PD data from a plurality of data sources via an input/output (I/O) interface of a data management device and storing the PD data to a memory of the data management device. In addition, an automated diagnostic analysis of the PD data may be conducted on the data management device. An automated discovery manager may provide the ability to find new sources of PD data and to either reconfigure remote systems to send data to the data management device or to automatically retrieve data from remote systems on a configurable schedule. Dynamically updateable database of symptom information can also be used, wherein the data management device may include a dynamically updateable set of analysis modules with which to conduct analysis on the PD data.
