  • Patent number: 12312607
Abstract: Provided herein are affinity agents comprising ligands that specifically bind adeno-associated virus. The affinity agents are useful for binding, isolation, and/or purification of adeno-associated virus. Further disclosed are amino acid sequences of binding motifs or polypeptides comprised by the ligands, and associated modifications of the binding motifs and/or polypeptides, as well as a method of making the affinity agents.

  • Publication number: 20250059258
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the field of chromatography, and more specifically to novel affinity ligands and affinity agents which are suitable for use in isolation of antibody and antibody fragments that contain the heavy chain first constant region (CHI). The disclosure encompasses affinity ligands as such, chromatography separation matrices (affinity agents) comprising an affinity ligand according to the disclosure, and a process of isolating antibodies, especially IgGs, and CHI-containing antibody fragments thereof using an affinity ligand according to the disclosure. Methods of making the affinity ligands and separation matrices are also provided.

  • Publication number: 20240236347
Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure provide methods and apparatuses for video encoding/decoding. In some examples, an apparatus for video decoding includes receiving circuitry and processing circuitry. The processing circuitry decodes prediction information of a current block from a coded video bitstream. In some embodiments, the processing circuitry determines a first subpartition and a second sub-partition of the current block based on the decoded prediction information, and then reconstructs the first sub-partition and the second sub-partition of the current block based on at least a neighboring sample of the current block that is out of a neighboring area of at least one of the first sub-partition and the second sub-partition.

  • Publication number: 20240026344
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the field of affinity chromatography, and more specifically to the provision of nucleic acid and polypeptide libraries encoding three-helix bundle protein domains suitable for selecting affinity ligands that specifically binds to a target molecule of interest. The disclosure also relates to methods of using those libraries to identify and isolate such affinity ligands to a target molecule.

  • Patent number: 4848064
Abstract: A system for seriatim filling and separating zipper-equipped bags supplied in a chain has a filling station in which each bag mouth is spread open to permit top filling, a closing station in which the zipper profiles of each filled bag are interlocked, and a separation station in which the filled bag is separated from the chain. A pincer action grasps each filled bag, draws the filled bag through the closing and separation stations, and releases the separated and filled bag for collection. The operation of the pincer serves to bring about indexing of the bags in the chain through the bag filling system. The result is an economical and reliable zipper equipped bag filling method and apparatus.
