  • Patent number: 11945686
Abstract: The disclosure relates to monitoring a state of a physical passenger transport system. In an aspect, monitoring includes use of an updated digital double dataset that reproduces characterizing properties of components of the physical passenger transport system in an actual configuration of the passenger transport system after assembly and installation thereof in a building, in a machine-processable manner. At least one detection device is arranged in the physical passenger transport system, which detects a load profile which is transmitted to the updated digital double dataset. A set of rules is used to convert the load profile into modified characterizing properties of virtual components. Through the monitoring, changes and change trends on the components are tracked and evaluated using the updated digital double dataset by calculations and/or by static and dynamic simulations.

  • Patent number: 10524604
Abstract: The present invention relates to a food steamer. The food steamer comprises a food preparation chamber (2), a steam generator (3) communicating with the food preparation chamber (2) so that steam is able to flow from the steam generator (3) to the food preparation chamber (2), and a contaminant prevention means (8) configured to prevent the ingress of contaminants from the food preparation chamber (2) into the steam generator (3). The present invention also relates to an apparatus for preventing the ingress of contaminants from a food preparation chamber (2) into a steam generator (3) of a food steamer.

  • Patent number: 8426497
Abstract: The invention relates to a process for preparing polymers for coating applications by polymerizing esters of acrylic acid or of methacrylic acid or vinyl aromatics or other free-radically polymerizable vinyl compounds or monomer mixtures composed predominantly of such monomers by means of a continuous polymerization process. In particular, the invention relates to a solvent-free preparation process for polymers, through which the binder can be prepared for coating applications with superior processing properties, very good thermal stability, improved pigment wetting and a higher gloss.

  • Publication number: 20110269898
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for producing polymers for paint applications by polymerizing esters of acrylic acid or of methacrylic acid or vinyl aromatic compounds or other radically polymerizable vinyl compounds or monomer mixtures that consist predominantly of such monomers by means of a continuous polymerization method. The invention relates in particular to a solvent-free, continuous method of producing polymers, whereby it is possible to produce binders for paint applications having an adjustable granule size. The polymer granulates produced according to the invention are characterized by superior processing properties without fine fractions.
