  • Publication number: 20200140652
Abstract: The disclosure relates to a polyolefin composition comprising two phenolic stabilizers, one of them being unsubstituted in ortho position to the hydroxyl group of the phenol, the other being bisubstituted. Such a polyolefin composition has been found to be very resistant against Chlorine Dioxide.

  • Patent number: 6541547
Abstract: Polyolefin mouldings which have excellent stability on permanent contact with extracting media comprise, as stabilizers, a selected mixture comprising an organic phosphite or phosphonite and a specially selected group of sterically hindered phenols or a certain group of sterically hindered amines. In addition, a selected three-component mixture comprising a phosphite or phosphonite, a phenolic antioxidant and a certain group of sterically hindered amines is particularly suitable as stabilizer for polyolefin moldings which are in permanent contact with extracting media.

  • Patent number: 6134229
Abstract: A control message communication mechanism for use in a broadband transceiver system that includes multiple digital signal processors for performing real time signal processing tasks. One of the digital signal processor (DSPs) is designated as a master DSP. The remainder of the DSPs are arranged in rows and columns to provide a two-dimensional array. A pair of bit-serial interfaces on each DSP are connected in a vertical bus and horizontal loop arrangement. The vertical bus arrangement provides a primary mechanism for the master DSP to communicate control messages to the array DSPs. The horizontal loop mechanism provides a secondary way for DSPs to communicate control information with one another, without involving the master DSP, such as may be required to handle a particular call, without interrupting the more time critical primary connectivity mechanism.

  • Patent number: 5955522
Abstract: A process is described for the preparation of olefin polymers by polymerization over a transition metallocene catalyst with the addition of at least one phosphorus(III) compound, sterically hindered amine, sterically hindered phenol or acid scavenger, alone or in combination with one another; the polymers which can be obtained in this way are of outstanding stability.

  • Patent number: 5650464
Abstract: The invention relates to a process for the preparation of olefin polymers by polymerization using a transition metal catalyst with the addition of an aminoalkyl-1,1'-biphenyl-2,2'-diylphosphite or aminoalkyl-2,2'-alkylidene-bis(phenyl)phosphite, in conjunction with optional further modifiers. The polymers obtainable in this manner have excellent long-term stability.

  • Patent number: RE44357
Abstract: A method for managing a plurality of mobile units in a wireless cellular communication system having a plurality of repeater stations includes the step of receiving a signal on an uplink communication channel from a mobile transceiver unit at one of the repeaters. The method also measures at the repeater station a power level of the signal as received by the repeater station. The method further includes the step of transmitting a backhaul signal from the repeater station to the base transceiver station on a backhaul communication link, where the backhaul signal is transmitted at one of a plurality of discrete power levels providing an indication of the power level as measured by the repeater station.
