    Abstract: An offset variable orifice gas flow sensor is provided. The variable orifice gas flow sensor comprises two port portions. The central axes of these port portions are offset such that an interior surface of the port portions slope away from a flapper that separates the port portions. The slope ensures that any moisture present in a gas that flows through the variable orifice gas flow sensor drains away from the flapper.
