The secondary lure is slidably attached to the fishing line, and moves along the line in an erratic fashion as the primary lure is worked through the water, to further attract fish to the primary lure. The secondary lure comprises one or more attractant elements, such as standard spoons or blades, directly or indirectly attached to a traveler element that slidably engages the fishing line and slides back and forth along the fishing line as the primary lure is moved, worked or jigged through the water.
