  • Publication number: 20250257520
Abstract: A machine, comprising an enclosure, three or more robotic arms each having one end connected to a top panel of the enclosure and an opposite end connected a hand configured to grab and release one or more clothing items, two or more baskets for storing the clothing items, a folding platform above the baskets, a processor, and an artificial intelligence system. The processor is configured to control movement of each of the robotic arms, while the artificial intelligence system is configured to identify each item grabbed by at least one of the robotic arms. The folding platform folds the clothing item based on the type identified by the artificial intelligence system.

  • Publication number: 20070144918
Abstract: An electrochemical test system comprising an electrochemical test strip capable of initiating an instrument, determining if it is inserted into a correct position of the instrument, a sample is injected into a reaction region of the electrochemical test strip, and the sample covers the reaction region properly. The electrochemical test strip includes an insulating substrate, an electrode system, and an insulating layer. The electrode system includes a resistor, a set of measurement electrodes which includes a reference electrode and a working electrode insulated from each other, and a set of identifying electrodes which includes first and second identifying electrodes connected through the resistor. A method for detecting a sample includes the steps of inserting the electrochemical test strip into a measurement instrument, providing the sample in the reaction region, and applying a voltage between the reference electrode and the working electrode, and measuring a current corresponding to the voltage.

  • Publication number: 20060087650
Abstract: A cuvette holder for spectrophotometers to hold various types of test tubes/cuvettes includes a dock which has three housing spaces that may form different combinations of capacity to accommodate different sizes of test tubes/cuvettes. Five standard test cuvettes of different specifications may be held in this holder fixed inside a spectrophotometer to perform test and analysis. There is no need to change a specific holder to mate different test cuvettes as the conventional technique does. Hence tests can be done much conveniently at a low cost.

  • Publication number: 20050194265
Abstract: The present invention provides a method for determining the concentration of an analyte in a test sample, comprising the following steps: (a) assembling an amperometric biosensor, which comprises at least an electrode system and an electric mediator for redox, and applying a predetermined potential to the electrode system; (b) applying a test sample to the biosensor and immediately gradually lowering the predetermined potential to a value unable to drive the electrochemical redox of the electric mediator; (c) after a sufficient reaction time, applying a second potential to the electrode system of the biosensor to drive the electrochemical redox of the electric mediator; and (d) measuring the electrochemical current of the electrode system and determining the concentration of the analyte.
