  • Patent number: 12605451
Abstract: The present invention is directed to the bifunctional compounds and the use of such bifunctional compounds to lower plasma levels of extracellular target molecules by lysosomal degradation. Such bifunctional compounds have a cell surface receptor ligand covalently linked to a ligand that is capable of binding to an extracellular target molecule (such as a ligand for a growth factor, a cytokine, a chemokine, a hormone, a neurotransmitter, a capsid, a soluble receptor, an extracellular secreted protein, an antibody, a lipoprotein, an exosome, a virus, a cell, or a plasma membrane protein), where the cell surface receptor is associated with receptor mediated endocytosis, including asialoglycoprotein receptor (ASGPR) mediated lysosomal degradation and mannose-6-phosphate (M6PR) mediated lysosomal degradation.

  • Publication number: 20250371510
Abstract: A system and method for transferring digital assets using natural language commands via a conversation interface. A user logs into a first digital wallet using login credentials, such as a username and password. Upon successful authentication, the system stores the wallet's digital asset balance and receives a natural language transfer command from the user through a conversation interface. The system parses the command to extract a recipient identifier and asset amount, identifies a second digital wallet associated with the recipient, and records a transfer of digital assets. An assistant user may provide contextual responses and prompt the user to confirm the transfer.

  • Patent number: 12490272
Abstract: Techniques are disclosed for the use of a hybrid architecture that combines a programmable processing array and a hardware accelerator. The hybrid architecture functions to maintain synchronization between data samples to be transmitted and a measured or observed transmission of the data samples. By comparing these blocks of data samples, DFE functions such as digital pre-distortion (DPD) parameter adaptation may be implemented. The hybrid architecture enables high flexibility at low additional cost. To further limit the costs, the programable processing array may have processing power and memory that is reduced compared to conventional processing array implementations.

  • Publication number: 20250342768
Abstract: A method and system for validating Air Traffic Control (ATC) instructions for reducing runway incursion at an aerodrome. The method may include the following steps: identifying, using a voice-to-text software, audio ATC instructions broadcasted over an audio channel, for a specific aircraft based on an aircraft code; converting the audio ATC instructions for the specific aircraft into text, using the voice-to-text software, yielding ATC text instructions; presenting the ATC text instructions to a pilot of the specific aircraft, over an electronic display showing runways at the aerodrome and the location of the specific aircraft, and requesting the pilot to confirm receipt of the ATC text instructions; visualizing the ATC text instructions by presenting a route corresponding to the ATC text instruction along the runways presented over the electronic display; and alerting the pilot via the electronic display in a case that the specific aircraft strays away from the route.

  • Patent number: 12415482
Abstract: The powered trailer landing gear system is an aftermarket structure. The powered trailer landing gear system comprises a trailer clamp structure, a jib structure, an electric motor, and a trailer. The jib structure attaches the electric motor to the trailer clamp structure. The trailer clamp structure removably attaches the jib structure to the trailer. The trailer further comprises a trailer landing gear. The trailer landing gear further comprises a landing gear crank mount and pig tail. The electric motor draws electric energy from the pig tail. The electric motor provides the motive forces that deploy and retract the trailer landing gear.

  • Patent number: 12378106
Abstract: A portable fuel metering system (PMU) is described. The PMU has one or more flow meters capable of metering the flow of fluids, such as fuel, as the fluid is transferred from a source to a receiver. The PMU may include a telemetry unit configured to transmit parameters related to the fuel transfer to remote location. The PMU may be configured in a light, portable package that may be carried by one or two people. The PMU may include a power generator that is configured to use the flow of fluid to the PMU to generate power for the PMU's operation.

  • Patent number: 12314216
Abstract: Techniques are disclosed for the use of a hybrid architecture that combines a programmable processing array and a hardware accelerator. The hybrid architecture dedicates the most computationally intensive blocks to the hardware accelerator, which may be implemented for the computation of pre-distortion (DPD) coefficients while maintaining flexibility for additional DPD computations to be performed by the programmable processing array. An interface is also described for coupling the processing array to the hardware accelerator, which achieves a division of functionality and connects the programmable processing array components to the hardware accelerator components without sacrificing flexibility. This results in a balance between power/area and flexibility.

  • Publication number: 20250122734
Abstract: The invention solves problems by providing a pre-manufactured molding corner piece made in an appropriate cross-section to match the molding or doorframe. The precut corners include a novel angled guide system that accurately positions molding strips in correct alignment with each precut corner and holds them there during installation. A “bevel guard” securely centers the molding strips during attachment and then is easily removed to accommodate final finish work. In use, molding is no longer required to be cut to form miter or bevel angles, but rather cut to a flat joint to match the distance in between two pre-manufactured corner pieces and engages the end of the preformed molding corner piece at a butt joint.

  • Publication number: 20250085332
Abstract: A method for detecting failed back-drills in PCBs in the process of fabricating a PCB so that the failed back-drill can be screened out or repaired. A short to ground connection is added for every back-drill via that will be cut when the back-drill removes the via stub. If the back-drill is bad or failed the short to ground will fail the subsequent electrical tests. The PCB can be repaired by re-drilling the hole or via. Failed back-drills may be detected in the manufacturing stage using standard equipment and test procedures. This process creates a simple pass-fail measurement that uses an existing common test process to catch failed back drills in the PCB fabrication facility. This allows for easy and cost-effective repair and guarantees back-drill failures do not pass into the field.

  • Publication number: 20250023794
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for leveraging a normalization algorithm to optimize resource allocation dynamically. The algorithm detects deviations that indicate potential increases in demand. This predictive capability allows the system to scale resources proactively, adding signer nodes when necessary to handle increased transaction volumes. By normalizing transaction data and using it to predict and respond to changes in system demand, blockchain networks can maintain optimal performance and efficiency, preventing service degradation and ensuring scalability in a cost-effective manner.
