  • Publication number: 20240183361
Abstract: A pumping system includes a conduit that fluidly couples a pump outlet to a flush inlet to provide a path for liquid that exits the pump at the at outlet to be introduced into the chamber that housings a sliding seal via the flush inlet. A vaporizing heat exchanger is disposed along the conduit between the pump outlet and the flush inlet such that a cooling portion of the liquid that exits the pump is diverted from the conduit and the cooling portion of the liquid is used to cool fluid remaining in the conduit before it enters the flush inlet.

  • Publication number: 20210045567
Abstract: A coring knife apparatus for easily coring fruits and vegetables includes a handle having a butt end, a front end, a top side, a bottom side, a left side, and a right side. The front end has a blade cavity extending towards the butt end. A shank is coupled to the handle within the blade cavity. A blade is coupled to the shank and comprises a main portion and a bent portion. The main portion is coupled to the shank and extends from adjacent the front end of the handle. The bent portion lies in a plane perpendicular to a plane of the main portion. The blade has a right edge and a left edge tapering along the main portion and the bent portion to a meet at a tip.

  • Patent number: 7783275
Abstract: A direct conversion satellite tuner is fully integrated on a common substrate. The integrated tuner receives an RF signal having a plurality of channels and down-converts a selected channel directly to baseband for further processing. The integrated tuner includes on-chip local oscillator generation, tunable baseband filters, and DC Offset cancellation. The integrated tuner can be implemented in a completely differential I/Q configuration for improved electrical performance. The entire direct conversion satellite tuner can be fabricated on a single semiconductor substrate using standard CMOS processing, with minimal off-chip components. The tuner configuration described herein is not limited to processing TV signals, and can be utilized to down-convert other RF signals to an IF frequency or baseband.

  • Publication number: 20090033114
Abstract: A loading area cover with a flexible flat structure, at a front end region, is connected to a dimensionally stable holding profile. The profile extends transversely to the flat structure's longitudinal direction and is releasably arranged in vehicle-fixed holders. The holding profile has frontal compensating elements in the vicinity of the vehicle-fixed holders, through which the front end region of the flat structure, or the dimensioning of the holding profile, can be displaced to a limited extent in the transverse direction and/or longitudinal direction.

  • Publication number: 20060071495
Abstract: First and second generally C-shaped housing members move in telescoping relationship between an expanded state and a collapsed state. First and second roll-out cover mechanisms are associated with the corresponding first and second housing members and positioned to avoid interfering with each other upon collapsing and expanding the housing. A first plurality of brackets is located near one end of the cargo storage area and adapted to releasably support the housing members when in the expanded state. A second plurality of brackets is located near an opposite end of the cargo area and adapted to releasably support a roll-out cover extended from each of the roll-out cover mechanisms. The roll-out covers combine to substantially completely cover the cargo storage area when the housing members are supported by the first plurality of brackets and when a distal edge periphery of the roll-out covers is supported by the second plurality of brackets.
