  • Publication number: 20260071832
Abstract: A locking device for a firearm, the locking device includes a slide lock for installation in a frame assembly. On the slide lock is a first guiding part to be received in a first receiving slit of a frame of the frame assembly. Also on the slide lock is a second guiding part to be received in a second receiving slit of the frame of the frame assembly. The slide lock can be received in the frame displaceably between a locking position and an unlocking position. Further, the slide lock interacts with a barrel of the firearm such that the slide lock can be received in the frame displaceably in a transverse direction between the unlocking position and a self-holding position. Still further, the slide lock, when in the self-holding position, is secured to prevent it from being displaced of its own accord into the locking position.

  • Patent number: 11576498
Abstract: Stacked object slippage prevention apparatus includes two rigid retainers each having a straight portion and an angled portion at an angle of 80-115 degrees to the straight portion, and a connecting element connected at opposite end regions to the retainers. The connecting element may be a strap and a pair of fixing elements, one at each end region of the strap, and which are adjustable relative to the strap to provide the strap with an adjustable length to fit different sized beds. When installed, for example, between a mattress and an underlying support, with the angled portion of the retainer at the foot of the bed oriented upward and the angled portion of the retainer at the head of the bed oriented downward, movement of the mattress toward the foot of the bed is prevented by pressure applied to the support being transferred between the retainers through the connecting element.

  • Patent number: 11530894
Abstract: A training pistol having a rigid barrel and operating with a conventional blowback system, including a frame, a slide and a barrel, including a slide stop device, a firing pin assembly and preferably including a slide lock which can be moved into a disassembly position in which it releases the movement of the slide toward the front. This release can only be achieved if there is no magazine in the magazine well of the frame and the slide is stopped. The barrel is fastened in the frame by a locking device that can be brought into a release position in which it releases the barrel. Additionally an unlocking gap is provided between the barrel and the slide, and when the gap is overcome, after the slide lock has moved into the disassembly position, an unlocking ramp provided on the slide forces the locking device into the release position.

  • Patent number: 9113663
Abstract: The present invention provides a unit or segment having a ball, a socket and a connector with the connector physically linking the ball and socket together such that a main opening of the socket continuous with the socket cavity faces away from the connected ball. Alternatively, a unit/segment may instead include a ball and a socket coupled directly together. Elongated structures comprising a plurality of units joined together in series, such as through ball joints and other connections, are further provided that may vary greatly in length and size. The ball and socket may have corresponding electromagnets and magnetic materials, respectively, that may attract or repel each other to cause controlled rotational movement of the individual ball joint(s) by controlling the operation of the electromagnets. Higher order structures including one or more elongated structures are further provided. Methods for constructing and/or operating units and/or elongated structures are further provided.

  • Patent number: 7930769
Abstract: A garment with fringes includes a pocket for securing a fringe, and a retraction cord terminating in a ring encircling the fringe for pulling the fringe into the pocket during a time when a freely hanging fringe is to be avoided. Preferably, an entrance to the pocket is provided with a circumferential resilient stiffening device to facilitate entry of the fringe into the pocket, and the entrance may be provided also with a closure, such as a snap, to prevent the fringe from falling out of the pocket. The entrance may be provided also with a closure, such as a snap, to prevent the fringe from falling out of the pocket. A tether may be provided attached to the ring to facilitate a pulling of the ring out of the pocket for the resumption of normal deployment of the fringe.
