Abstract: A seat belt alarm, for use with an existing seat belt having a tongue having a tongue flange extending laterally outward, and a buckle having a buckle housing, a front face having a slot for accepting the tongue and locking the tongue therein. The seat belt alarm has an L-shaped housing that selectively attaches beneath the buckle housing and extends alongside the buckle housing. When the L-shaped housing is so positioned, a plunger extends forwardly alongside the buckle housing so that when the tongue is within the slot the tongue flange keeps the plunger inward. If the seat belt is suddenly released and the tongue flange moves away from the front face, a switch in cooperation with the plunger triggers an audible warning.

Abstract: A ratcheting adjustable wrench, having a handle assembly and a head assembly. The handle assembly is pivotally attached to the head assembly. The head assembly includes a fixed jaw and a movable jaw which together may engage a nut. An opening, having an opening top and an opening bottom extends laterally through the fixed jaw. A shaft spans the opening from the opening top to the opening bottom. A rack having teeth is rigidly attached to the movable jaw. A worm gear is slidably mounted on the shaft, which is attached to the fixed jaw and engages the rack. The handle has a contact point which selectively urges the worm gear against the opening top of the fixed jaw to maintain the position of the fixed jaw with respect to the movable jaw to torque the nut.

Abstract: A ratcheting adjustable wrench that provides continuous clamping on a nut when rotated in a clockwise direction, while providing ratcheting when rotated in an opposite counterclockwise without having to repeatedly remove it from the nut. The wrench includes a head with a fixed jaw, a movable jaw slidably mounted in the head, a handle pivotally mounted to the head, and a cam component pivotally mounted to the head and operatively connected to the movable jaw and the handle.

Abstract: A wrench is provided which has a worm gear and mating rack adjustable jaw positioning mechanism for placing a pair of jaws which are adjustable with respect to each other so that they may firmly grip various size nuts, with a mechanism responsive to torque applied in a first direction which causes the jaws to tighten and apply torque to the nut and also responsive to torque applied in a second direction which allows the jaws to separate and ratchet to a new position.

Abstract: A ratcheting open end wrench is designed to be employed in close places to remove nuts and bolts. Primarily, it consists of a handle having a fixed jaw and a pivotal jaw, and the pivotal jaw is provided with an attached arm with a spur that engages with a lip of the handle to prevent over travel of the pivotal jaw.
