  • Publication number: 20220407214
Abstract: A method for manufacturing a heatable plastic component for a motor vehicle, which includes: providing a planar heating film, which has a first surface and a second surface that faces away from and is opposite the first surface, including at least one heating wire and connecting elements; introducing the planar heating film into an injection mold; mounting a connector housing onto the connecting elements; and back-molding the first surface with a plastic for manufacturing a first partial element of the heatable plastic component in the injection mold. In order to provide an improved method for manufacturing a heatable plastic component, it is proposed that a back-molding of the second surface with a plastic for manufacturing a second partial element of the heatable plastic component in the injection mold takes place such that a composite is formed from the first partial element, the planar heating film and the second partial element.

  • Patent number: 9809395
Abstract: A method for controlling a material flow system, wherein the material flow system includes vehicles for transporting goods packages, wherein the vehicles communicate autonomously among one another in the material flow system, wherein the vehicles move by movement steps along a material flow path from a starting node to a target node, and wherein a logical clock is associated with each node. The method includes providing each movement step of a first vehicle with a time stamp, carrying out movement steps such that for the first vehicle, successive movement steps assume monotonically increasing values for the time stamp, and for each node that is traversed, providing an outgoing movement step of the first vehicle with value of a time stamp which is less than or equal to a value of a time stamp for a subsequently incoming movement step of a second vehicle.

  • Patent number: 8764148
Abstract: An ink jet printing device (1) for printing multicolored images has an essentially horizontally extending conveyor mechanism (2) for moving items to be printed (3) lying on it in a forward feed direction (4), and a print head arrangement (5) disposed above the conveyor mechanism (2) which is disposed stationary relative to the conveyor mechanism (2) during the printing process. The print head arrangement (5) is made up of several print heads (6) each with several nozzles disposed in a nozzle row (26), and the nozzle rows (22) have a printing range width (24) as measured perpendicular to the forward feed direction (4) which forms a total printing range width (27) of the print head arrangement (5) corresponding to the number of print heads (6). The print head arrangement (5) is disposed so that it can be displaced vertically on a guide (10) and a nozzle rinsing device (14) is provided which can be positioned underneath the print head arrangement (5) as and when necessary.
