    Abstract: Methods and associated structures and systems for managing the exchange of data among secured systems via various transport media and techniques. The transport manager of the present invention manages the transport of data between two systems using a variety of transport media while assuring robust, reliable exchange of such data. More specifically, the transport media managed by the present invention include media and methods which are not precluded from data exchange by security measures implemented on the source and destination systems. Such transport media may include email network communication, file transfer protocol network communication, hypertext transfer protocol, and manual exchange via magnetic or optical media. Each desired exchange identifies a particular source and destination computing system operable in accordance with the present invention.
