  • Patent number: 4819636
Abstract: A forcepslike device for cutting and squeezing tubing. The forceps comprise a pair of pivotally joined arms having cutting edges on one end to cut in a scissorlike fashion and finger engagable loops at the other end. A roller is mounted on each of the arms. The rollers are movable toward each other to grip a flexible plastic tube between them when the forceps are closed. The rollers have matching configuration to insure proper gripping of the tube to clear the tube of its contents.
