  • Publication number: 20240140763
Abstract: In a method for a collision-free movement of a crane in a crane lane, a sensor captures a first training data set of raw data during a movement of the crane outside a crane operation in the crane lane. The first training data set is evaluated while teaching a first neural network based on the captured raw data and first training data are determined from the evaluated first training data set. The sensor captures current sensor data during a movement of the crane during the crane operation in the crane lane. The current sensor data is compared with the first training data, and an anomaly is detected between the current sensor data and the first training data.

  • Patent number: 11929657
Abstract: A system has an axial field rotary energy device with a housing, an axis and a rotor with a shaft, bearings, rotor disks and permanent magnets. A printed circuit board (PCB) stator is between the rotor disks to define an air gap on each side thereof. A variable frequency drive (VFD) assembly has a VFD housing and first pads coupled to inductors to facilitate heat removal from the inductors. A concave cradle is coupled to a ferromagnetic core and has a same contour as an outer surface of the ferromagnetic core. A second pad is coupled to a rectifier module. A third pad is coupled to switching devices and has pins to align the switching devices with the third pad. Standoffs are coupled to the VFD housing to support a first printed circuit board assembly (PCBA). A second PCBA is mounted to a shield plate above the first PCBA.

  • Patent number: 11340605
Abstract: A method for the computer-aided processing of operating data relating to a technical system, wherein the operating data have been captured during operation of the technical system in a predefined operating interval and are stored as digital data in a memory is provided. A pair of first state variables and one or more second state variables with corresponding state values of the technical system at the particular operating time are extracted from the operating data by the method. A two-dimensional representation is generated on a display of a user interface by these state variables. Bar charts for different state ranges of the pairs of first state variables are generated in this representation on the basis of the evaluation of a threshold value criterion, wherein the bar charts represent, inter alia, how many states of the technical system within the particular state range can be classified as critical.
