  • Publication number: 20020103669
Abstract: A system for coordinating the flow of data relating to at least one real estate transaction between parties associated with the real estate transaction, the system having a centralized transaction coordination system for accessing a transaction database and at least one interface device for accessing the transaction coordination system, each interface device associated with a party to the real estate transaction. Information relevant to the real estate transaction is provided directly to the transaction coordination system by at least one information originating party originating the information, and the information is stored in the transaction database. Access to the information is provided to at least one party to the real estate transaction using the at least one interface device to access the transaction coordination system.

  • Patent number: 5159911
Abstract: A fuel leakage prevention system for preventing undesired leakage of fuel into the combustion chambers of an internal combustion engine equipped with a pressure/time, cam actuated unit fuel injection system. The system includes a main housing containing an evacuatable chamber adapted to be connected by a first fluid conduit to a source of sub-atmospheric pressure by a check valve and manual shut off valve. The evacuatable chamber is also adapted to be fluidically connected to a common rail supplying fuel to the injectors by a solenoid controlled valve which is open during engine shutdown and closed during engine operation whereby fuel is withdrawn from the injectors by the vacuum upon engine shutdown.

  • Patent number: 4591663
Abstract: A servo-linearized opto-electronic analog interface for interconnecting a signal generating device to a communications circuit comprises a first opto-isolator arrangement for transmitting signals from the communications circuit to the signal generating device, and a second opto-isolator arrangement for transmitting signals from the signal generating device to the communications circuit, a transmitting diode of the second opto-isolator arrangement being connected in series with a transmitting diode of a further opto-isolator arrangement forming a feedback path providing servo-linearization of the signal transmitted by the signal generating device via the second opto-isolator arrangement to the communications circuit.
