Abstract: An outdoor feeder for game birds and the like in which the feeder pan extends below and beyond the body of the feeder. A shield which is fastened to the body by a unique and relatively rain-proof joint extends beyond the pan to protect it, and an adjustable ring on the bottom of the body of the feeder controls both the amount of feed in the pan and the space between the ring and the bottom of the pan. The pan is adjustably fastened to the body of the feeder to adapt the feeder to differing varieties of game birds.

The waterer is attached to a cage for the birds and includes a bottle which can be detached for cleaning or replacement and reattached when full without any spillage. The device also includes a removable piece for the prevention of drowning of certain types of game birds.

Abstract: A poultry waterer of the vacuum discharge type adapted for use in sizes larger than the type which is tipped for placement for use. The waterer is characterized by being permanently upright, having an easily used filler cap and a detachable tray or trough fed by a spout at the bottom of the tank. A cup and O-ring permit the closing of the hole in the spout, preventing premature discharge of liquid while the waterer is being filled. Also, the filler cap includes a unique cup and gasket arrangement which allows easy opening of the cap.

Abstract: A small incubator designed to hatch a small number of eggs of chickens, game birds or the like. The incubator is designed to be used on a table top or similar stand, and includes a device for rolling the eggs as well as a heating unit and circulating device to move the air inside the egg compartment. The rolling device may be either manual or automatic as desired.

Abstract: A stock watering tank has side and end walls and a bottom adapted to rest upon a support surface, and a plurality of pocket indentations formed symmetrically about the base of the walls. A stake device is received in each pocket to hold down the tank against movement.

Abstract: A poultry waterer for use as a liquid feeder comprising a conventional bucket as a container, combined with a pan feeder having an opening formed therein, wherein a vacuum is formed within the container during assembly and overturning of same to aid in tightly holding the bucket and feeder together, liquid escaping into the waterer through the opening after the assembly is overturned.
