  • Publication number: 20240125396
Abstract: A valve section for a hydraulic system includes at least a first hydraulic port and a second hydraulic port, a spool, a pressure channel, a collector channel, an inlet pressure compensator disposed between the pressure channel and the spool, and an outlet pressure compensator disposed between the spool and the collector channel. The spool selectively connects the first hydraulic port to the pressure channel and the second hydraulic port to the collector channel or connects the first hydraulic port to the collector channel and the second hydraulic port to the pressure channel. The inlet pressure compensator and the outlet pressure compensator are controllable via a signal pressure device. An external additional force component dependent on an operating state of the hydraulic system acts on the hydraulic port connected to the collector channel on the signal pressure device such that the inlet pressure compensator blocks the pressure channel.

  • Publication number: 20240044344
Abstract: A hydraulic valve assembly includes a connection section, a first valve section, at least one second valve section, and a hydraulic pilot control device with a pilot valve device. The first valve section has a first spool piston and a first spool diverter. The second valve section has a second spool piston and a second spool diverter. The first spool diverter and the second spool diverter are each switchable to at least a first spool diverter switching position and a second spool diverter switching position. Pilot pressure is applied in parallel to the first spool diverter and the second spool diverter via the hydraulic pilot control device in a first switching position of the pilot valve device for switching together into the first spool diverter switching position.

  • Publication number: 20240035491
Abstract: A hydraulic valve assembly includes a connection section, a first valve section and a pressure line. The first valve section has a first spool piston, a first spool diverter, at least one first consumer port and at least one second consumer port. The first spool diverter can be switched at least into a first spool diverter switching position and a second spool diverter switching position. A shut-off valve is disposed in the pressure line and blocks the pressure line in a blocking position and can be switched from the blocking position into a first release switching position and a second release switching position. The shut-off valve switches into the first release switching position when the first spool diverter is in the first spool diverter switching position and into the second release switching position when the first spool diverter is in the second spool diverter switching position.

  • Patent number: 11815918
Abstract: A preselection valve is for a hydraulic valve assembly with a switching element, a pressure input line, a first pressure output line and a first load pressure line with a load pressure inlet and output. The switching element is switchable from neutral to a first switching position. The pressure input line is connected to the first pressure output line in the first position. The preselection valve has a second and third load pressure line and a load pressure increasing device. The second load pressure line branches off the pressure input line upstream of the switching element. The load pressure increasing device is connected to the third load pressure line, which connects the pressure increasing device to the first load pressure line. The second load pressure line is connected to the pressure increasing device in the first switching position and the second load pressure line is blocked in the neutral position.

  • Patent number: 11346458
Abstract: A proportional hydraulic valve has a valve housing, an actuating device and a valve piston axially movable in a piston chamber of the valve housing. The valve housing has at least one pressure connection and at least one connection port. The valve piston blocks a flow path between the pressure connection and the connection port or releases it proportionally by moving the valve piston proportionally to an actuating force generated by the actuating device between a closed position and an open position. The valve piston has a first and a second spool area with a circumferential recess in the axial direction after the first and before the second spool area. The recess together with the piston chamber forms a pressure chamber and the pressure connection opens into the pressure chamber. A first diameter of the first spool area is larger than a second diameter of the second spool area.

  • Patent number: 10989231
Abstract: A hydraulic valve assembly includes a first spool valve and a first selector valve for actuating a first hydraulic consumer port or a second hydraulic consumer port, and a second spool valve and a second selector valve for actuating a third hydraulic consumer port or a fourth hydraulic consumer port. A shut-off valve is arranged in a common pressure channel. A branch channel with first and second pressure branch channels branches off the pressure channel upstream of the shut-off valve. The first selector valve connects the first pressure branch channel to a first connection line in a first switching position and connects the second pressure branch channel to a second connection line in a second switching position. The second selector valve, in a first switching position, connects the first connection line to the control channel and, in a second switching position, connects the second connection line to the control channel.

  • Patent number: 10550862
Abstract: The present disclosure provides, in a first aspect, a pressure-controlled 2-way flow control valve for hydraulic applications, wherein the 2-way flow control valve has applied thereto a first pressure signal in the closing direction of the 2-way flow control valve by means of a first output-side tapping and a second pressure signal in the opening direction by means of an LS pressure reporting duct. A pressure signal corrupting the first or second pressure signal is applied to the 2-way flow control valve in the closing or opening direction by means of a second tapping which is effective at least over part of the control stroke of the 2-way flow control valve.
