  • Patent number: 12344163
Abstract: A vehicle window arrangement has an outer face facing a vehicle environment and an inner face facing a vehicle interior and being parallel to the outer face. A light-conducting layer forms the inner face. The vehicle window has a lighting unit and at least one light input unit having at least one light input element is disposed on the inner face which couples light emitted by the lighting unit, via a coupling surface opposite the inner face into the light-conducting layer. The light input unit is provided with at least one light-conductor on a coupling side of the at least one light input element which conducts light emitted by the lighting unit from a first light-conducting zone, which corresponds to a position of the lighting unit, to a second light-conducting zone, which is offset relative to the first light-conducting zone in the direction of the window body arrangement.

  • Patent number: 11040604
Abstract: A frame of a vehicle roof which may have a cable guide element in which a cable duct for accommodating a drive cable for a displaceable roof element is formed, the cable duct being limited by a duct wall. The duct wall may have a buckling cutout whose length in the longitudinal direction of the cable duct is greater than a buckling limit length.

  • Patent number: 10710436
Abstract: A motor vehicle is provided having a vehicle structure and a vehicle part that can be displaced relative to the vehicle structure with the aid of at least one drive cable that is provided with a plastics injection molded section for joining the drive cable to the vehicle part. A load reduction device may have at least one coupling member which allows a relative movement between the displaceable vehicle part and the drive cable in the case of an acceleration of the vehicle part relative to the vehicle structure and which interacts with a catch device during the relative movement, the catch means absorbing at least part of the kinetic energy resulting from the acceleration.
