  • Patent number: 11932968
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a system and a method for automated extraction of silk fibroin from silk cocoons. The silk extraction system can include a boiling tank, a rinsing tank, and a rinse bowl attached to a robotic arm. The rinse bowl has a porous bottom surface adapted to retain an extracted silk fibroin. The robotic arm can move the rinse bowl between the boiling tank and the rinsing tank for separate stages of processing. A silk processing algorithm is executed by a processor to automate the process.

  • Publication number: 20220155659
Abstract: A carriage that records data while moving on a rail system including a first moving unit located on one side of the rail and configured to move along the rail, a second moving unit located on a different side of the rail from the first moving unit and configured to move along the rail, a spring unit configured to slide one or more of the moving units in a direction perpendicular to the direction of the rail, and a position maintaining unit located between the first moving unit and the second moving unit, wherein the position maintaining unit prevents the first moving unit or the second moving unit from sliding more than a predetermined distance when traveling along the rail.

  • Publication number: 20220020148
Abstract: A terminal device is provided and is configured to display, on a first screen, a first number of one or more fields where one or more defective plants are detected, change a displayed screen from the first screen to a second screen, in a case where an instruction to change a screen is received, wherein one or more pictures of plants in a first field is displayed on the second screen, display, on a second screen, a second number of a field where one or more defective plants are detected, wherein the second number is less than the first number; and display, on the second screen, an user interface to instruct to change a displayed screen from the second screen to a third screen, wherein one or more pictures of plants in a second field is displayed on the second screen.
