Publication number: 20190331371Abstract: Disclosed is a system for heating and cooling, respectively, of more than one house, where at least two houses are connected to a common energy storage in the ground and where a control device is arranged to transport a heat carrier in a pipe work connected to the energy storage. The houses are connected in parallel in relation to each other to the pipe work. Certain of the houses are arranged to exploit the heat carrier for cooling by raising the temperature of the exploited heat carrier with about 3-4° C. at the same time as other houses exploit the heat carrier for heating by lowering the temperature of the exploited heat carrier with about 3-4° C. The common heat storage is arranged so that the heat carrier flowing out from the common energy storage holds an approximatively constant temperature. A related method is also disclosed.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 12, 2019Publication date: October 31, 2019Inventor: Thomas WILDIG

Patent number: 10386098Abstract: Device for heating and cooling, respectively, more than one house, where at least two small houses (1) are connected to a common energy storage (2) in the ground and where a control device (3) is arranged to transport a heat carrier in a pipe work (4) connected to the energy storage (2). The small houses (1) are each arranged to have a separate respective heat pump device, and in each heat pump device is connected to the pipe work (4), so that, firstly, the heat carrier can flow through the heat pump device and, secondly, the small houses (1) are connected in parallel in relation to each other to the pipe work (4).Type: GrantFiled: May 7, 2009Date of Patent: August 20, 2019Assignee: SENS GEOENERGY STORAGE ABInventor: Thomas Wildig

Patent number: 9310103Abstract: Method and device for storing thermal energy in, and recapturing thermal energy from, respectively, an underground energy storage (1), having at least four holes (2), through which a heat carrier is transported and therewith heating or cooling the ground (3), respectively. The holes (2) are arranged essentially along at least two concentric circles (10, 11, 12). A control gear is arranged to control a valve system, which is arranged to direct the heat carrier to holes that are arranged along one circle and thereby heating or cooling, respectively, the ground along the circle. When the temperature of the heat carrier is higher than that of the surrounding ground (3), inner circles are heated before outer circles, and when the temperature of the heat carrier is lower than that of the surrounding ground (3), outer circles are cooled before inner circles.Type: GrantFiled: January 22, 2007Date of Patent: April 12, 2016Assignee: SCANDINAVIAN ENERGY EFFICIENCY CO. Publication number: 20130126626Abstract: A method and a device for energy control in a heating system that is regulated with the aid of an outdoor temperature sensor, where the outdoor temperature sensor (1) is influenced with the aid of an external control by a heating or cooling element (4, 3) to determine a temperature that may deviate from the actual outdoor temperature, and where the outdoor temperature sensor (1) is connected to an existing control and regulatory system for a heating facility in a building in order to transfer the temperature determined to the control and regulatory system.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 30, 2011Publication date: May 23, 2013Applicant: ECOFECTIVE ABInventor: Thomas Wildig

Patent number: 8033128Abstract: Heat pump assembly for seasonal balancing of temperatures in buildings, includes a heat pump (1) having a cold side and a warm side, respectively. The heat exchangers (2, 3) are connected to the cold and the warm side, respectively, in that one of the heat exchangers (3) is connected to a heating/cooling element (4), in that the other heat exchanger (2) is connected to a heat/cold buffer (6), in that the heat pump (1) is of the type liquid-liquid, and in that a valve assembly (7) is arranged in the heat pump (1) to optionally connect the warm or cold side of the heat pump (1) to the heating/cooling element (4), whereby the heating/cooling element (4) optionally may heat or cool.Type: GrantFiled: December 6, 2007Date of Patent: October 11, 2011Assignee: Scandinavian Energy Efficiency Company SEEC ABInventors: Bjorn Giertz, Thomas Wildig
