  • Patent number: 11046195
Abstract: An apparatus for transmitting energy and information includes at least one first electrical conductor configured to transmit a charging current of a charging system for an electric vehicle, a second electrical conductor configured as a protective conductor of the charging system, a third electrical conductor configured to transmit a control pilot signal, and a fourth electrical conductor configured to transmit a counterconductor signal. The apparatus has a transmission device, which is configured to transmit the information as a differential signal of the control pilot signal and the counterconductor signal.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: April 25, 2018
Date of Patent: June 29, 2021
Inventors: Thomas Wischnack, Jari Rönfanz, Steve Zander, Jakob Brömauer, Jan Spindler, Stefan Götz
  • Patent number: 10926653
Abstract: A traction battery charging arrangement for charging a traction battery of a motor vehicle. The charging arrangement has a charging station, which has a charging plug or producing an electrical charging connection to the traction battery of the motor vehicle. The charging arrangement furthermore has an electrical safety loop, which has a loop-current source, at least one actuable loop break contact and at least one loop-current sensor. A charging-current control switches off the charging current when the loop-current sensor does not detect a loop current.

Date of Patent: February 23, 2021
Inventors: Jakob Brömauer, Thomas Wischnack, Steve Zander, Raoul Heyne, Karsten Hähre
  • Patent number: 10457153
Abstract: A charging station system, in particular for electric vehicles is described, wherein the charging station system has at least one housing. The charging station system also has a plurality of main components. The housing and the main components are standardized in such a manner that the main components can be arranged modularly in the housing. An associated method for constructing a charging station is also described.
