  • Publication number: 20240007015
Abstract: A single-phase module of an inverter of an electric drive system of an at least partially electrically powered vehicle is disclosed, comprising a baseplate, at least two semiconductor packages comprising half-bridges which are arranged on the baseplate and are directly fastened thereto, conductor rails configured in a stacked arrangement on the half-bridges and electrically contact-connected with associated power terminals, comprising a DC-positive conductor rail, a DC-negative conductor rail and an AC conductor rail, wherein the conductor rails, at least in regions at which they are to be electrically insulated from other components, are enclosed in an electrically non-conductive cladding, and wherein components are configured such that each of the latter, in regions at which, upon assembly, they are to be positioned in relation to other components, comprise at least one positioning geometry for positioning, which engages with a corresponding mating structure provided in the other components.

  • Patent number: 10187992
Abstract: The protective housing can cover at least one component on the circuit board; the interior of the cover has several protrusions that are built, so that at least one part is displaced by raising the protective housing on at least one component, so that it is in contact with the exterior contour of the component and fastens it. Moreover, a circuit board is provided with at least one protective housing.

  • Patent number: 7363140
Abstract: A lane changing assistant for motor vehicles, having a speed control system and a surroundings sensor system for recording the traffic environment including the traffic in an adjacent lane, having a decision device for deciding whether a lane changing request of the driver is to be accepted, and having a command device for issuing an acceleration command to the speed control system in the case of a lane changing request, wherein a recognition device is developed to recognize a window for swinging into the adjacent lane without danger, in the light of the data of the surroundings sensor system; and the command device is developed to compute an acceleration strategy adjusted to the window, including a point in time for the beginning of the acceleration.

  • Patent number: 7289018
Abstract: A method for distance alert for a vehicle, the distance of the vehicle to obstacles in the vehicle's surroundings being detected. The output of an alert depends on whether or not an obstacle is located in the vehicle's travel path. If there is no obstacle located in the travel path, then an alert is only output at a substantially smaller distance than would be the case when an obstacle is located in the travel path. The method is used for avoiding unnecessary alerts about obstacles.

  • Patent number: 7259660
Abstract: A device for determining the ability of a vehicle to pass obstacles is used to estimate whether a vehicle is able to pass between obstacles on the basis of the vehicle height and/or vehicle width.
